The Cheesecake Factory has recently opened where we live and you cannot believe the wait to get in there! We went last night (a Monday) with our good friends Bill and Cori Blodgett and waited 75 minutes! Bill and Steve have birthdays 3 days apart so we celebrate with dinner together every year. The wait was worth it though, the food was so good! It was Steve and my first time so we were pleasantly surprised. Try it out-if you can stand the wait!

I love that place! We went there all the time when we lived in Boston. We would split a taco salad and still be stuffed.
I have been waiting for that place to die down a little. Sounds like its still crowded all the time. I guess you have to wait for a good meal around here.
