Treats in the classroom afterwards
Collin and his grandma Towsey
All the 2nd graders at Collin's school practiced for about 2 months for a cuuuute Grandparents Program. They all had to write a story about their grandparent and then a select few were chosen to be memorized by the student and told at the program. Collin was one of those! He told a story about his Grandpa Towsey when he was a teen doing teenager "pranks" shall we say. All the kids had some sort of speaking part and they of course sang all the darling grandparent songs like, "Grandma's Featherbed" and "You Are My Sunshine." At the end they showed a slideshow of all the kids with their grandparents that we the mom's had sent in. It was darling, Collin's grandparents were there to enjoy the show too.
